About the Owner

Personal BioFamily is at the heart and soul of my work.  Dinner at the family table, walks together with the dogs at dusk, in celebrating family traditions and enjoying every moment we’re given together. I strive to capture family connections in a classic style that will stand the test of time, no funky trends here. I am proud to know that many family portraits hang on the walls of my clients. My strong sense of faith and commitment to family influence every aspect of my life.  When I’m not photographing, I’m at the farm, with my wife, Laurel, my daughter, Nora, our horses Sheldon and Duncan, and our two dogs Jack and Banjo.
I strive to do my best, be my best and provide excellent service while bringing a calm presence to what can be a hectic wedding day.
Three Words That Describe Me: 1. Laid Back, 2. Farmer, 3. Happy

The Best Compliment I’ve Ever Received Is: A bride told me the best decision she made for her wedding was hiring me. 🙂
If I Had An Extra $100, I Would Do This With It: Take my wife out to dinner!
My Greatest Strength Is: I’m generally easy going and flexible.
Where I Grew Up: Ansted – Small town in West Virginia.  We didn’t even have a stop light. 🙂   The New River Gorge Bridge is the closest thing to me that most people recognize.
