We asked Gina to tell us a little about her relationship with Alex:
How did you and Alex meet? Alex and I met through a mutual friend, who started working for his company in 2013. I was recently single and Alex was just getting back into dating after a hiatus to focus on his company. We were set up on a blind date and the rest is history.
How did he propose? We were about to head out of town to NYC for a long weekend when Alex asked if I wanted to start vacation a bit early and play hooky for a hike. He took me to the mountain where we first exchanged “I love yous” and got down on one knee. We were the only ones on the mountain and I was so surprised!
And why did you choose 30A for your wedding? We chose 30A for many reasons, I mean how could you not! We are both from Atlanta and knew we wanted a destination wedding for our friends and family. We really wanted a weekend where our friends and family could make lasting memories with themselves with our wedding as a part of it. Just being a short drive from Atlanta, you cannot deny its beauty and charm for every type of person. It was the most perfect place for destination wedding!
