Carillon Beach Engagement Session
Engagement photos – yay or nay? Every couple has their own opinion on these and it’s completely your own choice. However, we adore this Carillon Beach engagement session from Ashley Nichole Photography and the love this couple shares. If you didn’t know, Carillon Beach is home to some of the most gorgeous beach access points of all the coast. The beautiful white wood railings, chairs, and structures are among the prettiest you’ll see. April + Steven took advantage of the beautiful area when they scheduled their engagement session. So how did they get here?
“We met sitting next to each other at a Darius Rucker Concert,” April says. “We were both checking football scores and started talking. That led to brunch the next morning, a weekend trip to meet up in Nashville and the rest is history!”
Of course, we’re dying to know how the proposal happened. April told us, “He had hidden the ring in our Christmas tree. He called me over to the living room and told me I had a present that wasn’t under the tree. He pulled the box out, and surprised me by proposing.”
So why Carillon Beach?
“Carillon photographs beautifully because of the small town charm blended the beach vibe,” says Ashley Ferrel, owner of Ashley Nichole Photography. “The lines of the architecture and the greenery of the southern trees provides a drastically different scenery from the beach. The wooden beach loungers offer up a little spot to allow couples to get a little cozy with each other. Its nice that we still get to work with the beach and the sunset, but the gorgeous beach access points in Carillon Beach are a bonus that sets the session apart from others.”
