Nicole didn’t know it, but her wedding was about to become similar to a line from an Alanis Morrisette song. But, the real irony on this day, though, was the rain didn’t seem to matter. Nicole’s destination wedding along beautiful 30a went off without a hitch. And it was all thanks, in large part, to the services of her 30a Wedding Company vendor.
“It rained all day on my wedding day (like seriously poured!), wrote Nicole in a review on Wedding Wire. “It was a beach wedding with an outdoor reception, so I was freaking out to say the least….”
But, to the bride’s amazement, Renee Armour of Ceremony Design Company was ahead of the storm preparing the location at Hibiscus House in Grayton Beach, Florida to the last detail.
“I should screen shot my weather apps on the front page of my phone’s home screen,” said Armour. “And I check all of them!”
According to Nicole’s review Renee kept her cool, setting up everything in the rain, carefully watching the weather radar, and directing 75 guests through the delays.
“Who knew wedding planners double as meteorologists?” wrote Nicole.
The reception followed with only a few showers here and there. All the while Renee and her crew cautiously watched the ebbs and flows of incoming weather.
“In the end, I got to walk down the aisle in between rain storms with a rainbow above me, she had timed it perfectly!” said Nicole of her 30a Wedding Company hero.
“All in all I wouldn’t have changed a thing now looking back,” wrote Nicole in her review. “We have a fantastic story to tell and we have Renee to thank for that!”
A story that may have included a little rain, but ended up leaving nothing but memories to last a lifetime.
“If you are thinking of hiring a wedding planner on the Emerald Coast, look no further than Ceremony Design Company!” suggests Nicole. “Their ceremony and reception set-ups are AMAZING and Renee and her crew are simply the best!”
